GENERAL HOME INSPECTION SERVICES
This service offers data and insight on your purchase to understand any problem areas of the home. We conduct a visual inspection of the home and all of its systems, including:
Exterior – Roof, siding, ventilation, gutters, downspouts, drainage, grade, windows, doors, sidewalks, driveways, patios, decks, porches, balconies, and railings.
Interior – Flooring, walls, doors, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, foundation, structure and attic.
RADON TESTING
Radon exposure can be extremely harmful over time. However, testing for it is an inexpensive, easy and simple way to know your home is safe. We use an electronic tester to detect the presence of any dangerous Radon gas.
WELL & SEPTIC INSPECTION
Septic systems are second only to the home in homeowner costs in the event of failure. We offer fully inclusive inspections of the well and septic system, including:
- A test of water pressure from the well
- Inspection of well pump and pressure tank for the well
- Excavation for evaluation of the septic tank and core samples from the drain field to determine proper drainage.
INSPECTION REPORTS
Our home inspection report will include pictures of all problem areas with a detailed narrative explaining what is shown. A well-written, concise, and accurate report is invaluable in the purchase of a home.
